Installing Tow Ready # 119491 4-Pole Trailer Connector on 2011 Honda Pilot
Question:
Recently purchase #118491 T-One 4-wire trailer harness for a 2011 Honda Pilot. Is it necessary to disconnect the negative ground wire from the battery during installation? How is the connector clip disengaged/removed during installation? im having a heck of a time to get it to release?

According to the instructions, it's not necessary to remove the negative battery terminal. By connector clip, I'm assuming that you're speaking of the protective cap on the harness under the vehicle behind the back bumper. There are two clips on either side of the cap that need to be pushed in, in order to release the cap.
