Hitch Cargo Carrier Recommendation that Will Clear Spare 9-1/2 inches From Hitch Pin Hole
Question:
Re: Carrier e98874 Information provide on site states 9.5 inch from center hole to nearest edge of this carrier. However, the pic reveals that the distance from the center hole to the edge of the RAILING looks like ~ 3. Pls. confirm the latter. I have a RV w/a spare rear-mounted tire and my distance from hole, allowing for tire, is ~ 9. Thinking this one wont do. W/out an extension, any other similar model you all may have to offer?

Based on what you listed it sounds like the etrailer Cargo Carrier part # e98874 would be what you need. This carrier has a distance of 9-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the railing of the carrier so it should clear your spare tire easily.
