The Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Carrier - Spare Tire Mount, part # Y02599, will fit your 2010 Toyota RAV4. I am including a link to the installation instructions on the Yakima bike carrier.
The Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Spare Tire Carrier, item # TH963PRO, will also fit on your RAV4 as long as you do not have the spare tire mounted backup camera. When the bike rack is not in use it can be removed and the spare cover can be installed, leaving the mounting bracket behind the wheel and tire for easy installation when the rack is needed.
If you are going to be carrying womens or childrens bikes that do not have the horizontal bar at the top of the frame, you will want to use the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, part # TH982XT, or the Yakima Bike Adapter Bar, part # Y02531. They both attach to the center seat post and to the handlebar post and provide a horizontal bar, so the bike can ride level on the bike rack.
