Troubleshooting Brake Controller Install on a 2014 Toyota 4Runner With No Power
Question:
Replaced unit. Still no power to it. 2014 4Runner. Fuses look good.

I know you said the fuses look good on your 2014 Toyota 4Runner but you should also look for relays under you hood that are labeled brake controller on the diagram as it sounds like you don't have a power source for your brake controller.
Or you can bypass the factory wiring and run a length of 10 gauge wire like # 10-1-1 sold by the foot through a circuit breaker like # 9510 to the positive side of the battery.
