Thank you for your photo of your trailer wheel and 4.80-8 tire.

We do offer 4.80-8 size bias ply tires in both load range B and C ratings and you can view them by clicking on the link provided. Part # AM10004 is a C-rated tire with a maximum load of 745-lbs at 90 psi. Part # AM10002 has a maximum load rating of 590-lbs at 60-psi. Both fit 8 x 3-3/4-inch rims.
Trailer tires should always be inflated to their maximum psi pressure as noted on the tire sidewall.

Your rim appears to be a very old utility cart type that mounts directly to a spindle with a cotter pin which would be behind the large central dust cap. We do not carry this wheel type so your best bet is to change out your axle to a new one that can accept readily-available idler hubs in a bolt pattern
that matches modern wheel/tire products like the item you referenced, # 480TW5-B.

Axles can be selected based on weight capacity, overall length and spring center length (if your axle has leaf springs). The linked page will show you all axles we offer, which include special axle-less systems from Timbren that mount directly to the trailer frame - no axle beam required -such as kit # A4RS440 that includes 4-on-4 hubs.

With this kit you could use wheel/tire combination # AM30000 or one of the others shown on the linked page.
