The only below the bed 5th wheel installation kit for the 2015 Ram 3500 short bed is going to actually be a B&W set up # BWGNRK1384-5W which you could then only use with the companion hitch # BWRVK3500-5W. There isn't a Reese below the bed kit available that is going to work with your Signature Series hitch.

Another option is to use the Signature Series head you have, put it on center section # 58293, and attach that to slider base # RP50024 (the slider base would be needed for a short bed truck). With this set up you could install above the bed rails such as # C16430-204.

And another option is to purchase a 2015 model that has the 5th wheel prep package already and then use a hitch or adapter and hitch that fits the prep package, see link.
