factory Bolts on 2011 Chevy Camaro are Too Short to Install Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch

The mounting bolts on my car are way too short to start a nut and way too short with a washer.

It sounds like on your 2011 Chevy Camaro you will have to enlarge the high hole diameter using a round file so that the hitch fits over and around the vehicle weldnuts. This is mentioned in the instructions for trailer hitch # 24850 which I have linked for reference.
Once the holes are enlarged the hitch should fit better. You can use some spray paint on the hitch after filing the holes larger to help prevent corrosion.
