Should Third Relay Be Installed With Trailer Wire Harness On 2015 Nissan Frontier

The Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, part # C56225 we offer for your 2015 Frontier includes the 3 relays you mentioned are included with the Nissan wiring harness.

Our installer use all three relays when they install the harness on the vehicles. Having the third relay installed will not affect the vehicle whether it is needed or not. I have attached a link to an installation video for this harness on a Frontier you can check out.

I researched the wire harness you asked about and per the installation instructions it does state for automatic transmissions that only 2 of the relays are needed, but it would do no harm if you go ahead and install the third.
