Does Underbody Panel Need to Be Removed to Install Hitch on a 2012 Accord LX-P 2.4L
Question:
Does any of the hitches, DrawTite, Hidden Hitch or Curt allow for the use of the under body panel after the hitch is installed?

To install a hitch by any of the manufacturers you referenced will allow you to keep the under body panel, but you will need to trim it so that it can install back on the vehicle and not interfere with the hitch install.
I attached an install video for the Curt Hitch part # C11085 for you to check out as well that shows this.
