I got a swagman product # 64351, is this compatible?

The locking hitch pin and anti-rattle device specifically designed for the Swagman Original Bike Rack, # S64351, is actually the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman Hitch Racks, # S64029. The rack and this lock are uniquely threaded so they can fit together. Both the Swagman Original and the Swagman lock will fit your 1-1/4 inch, Class II trailer hitch.
The Anti-Rattle Device and Lock, # 63232, will not fit in the Swagman Original Bike Rack. But it will fit in a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver opening.
