Question:
I have a 2006 dodge 2500 looking to get a 2015 dodge with the fifth wheel prep group, anyway to use my slider hitch I already have. If not I already have the rails that fit the hitch what kit can I get to bolt it up to the truck. With or without the fifthwheel prep kit.

If your 2015 Ram 2500 with 6-foot bed has the factory 5th wheel prep package you can install any industry-standard 5th wheel hitch by using the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # RP30154. This adapter drops into the factory pucks in the bed and provides the equivalent of standard 5th wheel base rails that will accept most industry-standard sliders like Curt # C16560.
If the truck does not have the factory puck system and you want to re-use your existing 5th wheel base rails you can use Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Bracket kit # RP56009 if you have Reese rails, or part # C16427 if you have Curt base rails. We do not recommend mixing brands of rails and installation brackets.
