Flat Towing a CR-V Behind a Motor Home and Carrying Bikes at the Same Time
Question:
We are considering your v bike rack but we dont see anyone in the reviews who have a similar set up and have driven large amounts of miles. We have a motorhome and tow a Honda CRV with a Blue Ox tow system. We want to be careful and wise in our purchase because if this does not hold the bikes securely for thousands of miles we could end up with a broken car since the CRV is the first thing the bikes would hit.

There are only certain bike carriers that are rated for use at the back of a motor home. Towing carrier # C18013 is not one of them so I cannot recommend it for you. that is also probably why you do not see any reviews with a similar set up.
But not to worry because I do have a solution for you. You can use a dual hitch receiver adapter such as # RM-077-4 with a 4 inch drop or rise or # RM-077-2 with a 2 inch drop or rise. Then in the upper receiver you can use a motor home approved bike carrier such as the Swagman Trailhead # S63365 bike rack.
I have linked video reviews of both adapters and each bike carrier for you.
