I have a few possible solutions for you. The low-tech approach would use a mirror like part # KSC088. The mirror would stick to the outside of your rear window, and could be angled in such a way so that you can easily see how your hitch and king pin are lining up.
A more high tech approach would use a camera like the # RA7710 from Rampage. The camera has a magnetic base that would allow it to mount in your truck bed. The camera would use your Android or iOS smart phone as a monitor.
Another camera option would be the wireless Swift Hitch # 04928. This system includes its own monitor. The camera can attach using screws or the included magnetic mount.
