Distance Between Mounting Holes of the Curt Hitch 14053

Question:

What is the overall width of hitch? Will it fit a frame that is 42 inches when measured from the outside of the frame rails? If not can you recommend a class IV hitch that will? Thanks.

I spoke with my contact at Curt and he informed me that the distance between the bolt holes centers on this Curt Class IV Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 14053, is 38-1/2 inches.

You would need to compare that distance to the your frame rails to see if the mounting holes of this hitch would be compatible with your frame. If your outside to outside measurement is 42 inches this SHOULD work well, but I would still recommend measuring.
