Can Front Receiver be Installed on 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited w/Base Plates Already Installed

can a wench be attached to this vehicle if it has a Blackhawk 2 base plate in place and is towed?

The base plates and front mount hitches (which you would use to mount a winch) install at the same places on the frame of the 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited so you cannot have both at the same time.
I recommend putting a winch at the back of the Jeep. For a 2 inch trailer hitch you can use the Bulldog Winch receiver mount # BDW20155 . Then you can attach a Superwinch electric winch. I have linked the Superwinch models for you.
