where is the location for a trailer on a 2001 gmc savanah van?

I checked the owners manual online for a 2001 GMC Savanna Van and it does not list any tow package fuses in either the in-cab fuse panel or the one under the hood. You can double-check your owners manual to confirm.
If your van did not come with a trailer connector then to add a 4-Way flat you would need # 118377. Then to add a 7-Way you would need # ETBC7. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
