Does this fender come in black? If so what is the ordering part number?

We do offer two very similar black plastic fenders from Fulton, both also with a top step, part # F008559 and # F008551 that can be seen on the link provided. The white Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top Step # F008542 measures 7-1/2 wide x 23-11/16 long x 8-11/16-inches tall and it fits 12-inch wheels.
Part # F008559 works with 8-, 10- or 12-inch wheels and measures 7-3/8 Wide x 22-3/8 long x 6-1/2-inches tall.
Part # F008551 fits the same wheels and measures 7-3/8" Wide x 21-13/16" long x 6-1/2" tall.
