Installing Thule Evolution Rooftop Cargo Box on 2015 Chevrolet Suburban Factory Crossbars
Question:
I have a Thule evolution box and am trying to fit it to a 2015 suburban. I have the factory installed crossbars but they do not line up to the holes in the evolution. Any ideas? Thanks

Expert Reply:
If the positions of your Suburban's factory-installed roof crossbars are not adjustable to fit the mounting holes in your Evolution cargo box you can modify the box by making new holes that will line up with your rack. Its easy to drill new holes and seal up the old/extra ones with a silicone sealer like Loctite # LT37467.
