Installing a hitch, like the Curt, # C11391, on your 2015 Civic Sedan will not negate the vehicle's warranty as long as the hitch is installed as outlined in the instructions and used within the weight bearing capabilities of the vehicle.

Consumers of aftermarket products are protected by the Federal Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act which states that if something breaks on your vehicle and you take it in for warranty repair, the dealer must honor your warranty unless whatever modifications you have added to your vehicle actually caused the problem in question.
