The 2013 Kia Optima can be fitted only with a light-duty 1-1/4-inch Class I hitch, which is capable of handling the weight of 2 bikes maximum. Please see the linked page. A Class II-rated bike rack will not fit into a Class I hitch. Although the receivers are both 1-1/4-inch in size the Class I hitches are designed to prevent installation of a rack with more capacity than the hitch can handle.
A 2-inch hitch will be at least a Class III hitch. The linked articles will give you more on hitch ratings and capacities.
We do offer trunk-mount bike carriers for your Optima that can be seen on the linked page. 2 or 3 bikes can be transported on your Optima.
If your car has a rear trunk-level spoiler I suggest one of the Yakima FullBack, either the 2-bike # Y02634 or the 3-bike # Y02633.
If you want to let me know what rack you like I can check for one with similar features.
