I'd recommend going with the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 75940. The Curt # C13136 would seem to be the obvious choice due to its higher capacity and lower cost, but as a part of their warranty stipulations, Curt requires that a stabilizing strap like part # 18050 be used. The strap would need to clip onto the rear of the vehicle, usually on the top of the lift gate. Not only is this an extra step that would need to be taken, but the whole idea of going with a hitch mounted bike rack is that no part of it would touch the finish of your brand new car. Having a metal hook attached to your lift gate would defeat the whole purpose. The Draw-Tite hitch I recommended doesn't require a strap.

If you don't already have a bike rack in mind, the Thule Hitching Post Pro, part # TH934XTR would allow you to carry 4 bikes. The rack provides high quality anti-sway cradles to prevent the bikes from swaying back and forth and an anti rattle hitch lock to prevent the rack from wobbling around in the hitch. You can get a lock for the hitch pin as part # THSTL2.

If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance. I'll link you to a video showing how the adapter bar works.

I've linked you to an install video for the hitch, as well as to a product demonstration video for the bike rack I recommended.
