Can LED and Incandescent Lights Be Mixed on Boat Trailer
Question:
Do I have to replace all the lights at one time or can I go with a few at a time? This is for boat trailer over 80inch wide.

It is certainly possible to use both LED-type and incandescent-type lighting at the same time on a trailer but I recommend you stick to one type or the other. LEDs are roughly 10-times as efficient as the incandescent type bulbs, and this means that in certain cases (depending on the number and placement of the lights within the overall trailer wiring) if you mix them you could find that some of the lights will be substantially brighter than others. The exact way the trailer is wired will affect this in addition to the very different electrical efficiencies of the lights themselves.
Submersible LED trailer lights like the Wesbar # 403026 that you referenced are a great way to upgrade your boat trailer for better visibility and to reduce the trailer's current demands from the tow vehicle's electrical system.
I have included a link to the main page that will show you all submersible LED trailer lights. You can use the filters on the page to narrow the product results based on your preferences.
