We do indeed offer a 1-1/4-inch Class I hitch for your 2006 Suzuki Forenza, Curt part # C11481, which is a bolt-on product. This hitch includes the hardware you'll use to bolt it in place to existing mounting holes on your Forenza's frame. No drilling or welding are required.
I have linked two helpful hitch installation articles, along with the instructions from Curt, to simplify the installation for you. You will need a torque wrench to install the fasteners to the required specs as noted in the instructions.
Towing also requires a wiring harness like # 119178KIT.
If you plan to use hitch-mount accessories like bike or cargo carriers you can use the linked provided to see compatible products. An article to help you select appropriate items is also linked.
Note that a Class I hitch can carry two bikes maximum.
