Rear Suspension Kit for 2015 Fleetwood Excursion 33D on Freightliner Chassis to Improve Tracking

Question:

I have a 2015 motor home on a Freightliner M2 chassis. It wanders significantly at highway speeds, particularly when towing my Ford Edge. I had a Safe-T-Plus installed which didnt help at all. Tires are properly inflated. What do you recommend I try next? Rear track bar? Anti-sway bars?

For a motor home built on a Freightliner M2 chassis we have both front and rear anti-sway bars that will fit various versions. The linked page will let you select your vehicle version from the drop-down menu at the top of the page to then see suitable anti-sway products. One of these will be your best bet if you're flat towing your Edge and want to improve handling. If you are not sure which chassis you have you can check with Fleetwood by providing your motorhome's VIN number.

If you have an 8K front axle and do NOT have the Mercedes engine we offer Roadmaster # RM-1209-116.

For the rear, if you have the EV Type 1 Airliner air suspension and 6x4 u-bolt pattern you can use for the rear axle kit # RM-1209-113.
