Yes, 5th wheel/gooseneck wiring harness # PK11893-11932 is listed as a fit for your 2004 GMC Sierra. I have linked a video of an example installation for you to view.
Other options you can use include the following:
# 41157
# C56000
# 50-97-410
# C56070
I like # 41157 because you won't have to do any hardwiring, it just plugs in line with the 7-Way. On # PK11893-11932 you have to attach the wires to the one of the connectors yourself. the benefit is that if the trailer has a non-standard pin configuration you can adjust as needed. The pre-assembled ones cannot be modified as easily.
