Best Way to Carry 4 Bikes with a Honda Ridgeline
Question:
Will the Topline bike rack work on a 2008 Honda Ridgeline? I really dont want to remove the front wheels on short trips. There is a picture with one of the reviews in which someone loaded 4 bikes with the Yakima tailgate pad. Is this a viable option with 4 bikes? I have some heavy electric bikes and no towing receiver. Ive read your Q and As regarding different rack and vehicle combinations and I appreciate your thoughtful and concise answers. You folks do a great service to your customers. Thanks for helping eliminate a lot of the trial and error.

Your best option though would be to install a hitch and go with a hitch mounted bike rack though as the # UG2500-4 that you referenced has not been confirmed to fit your vehicle.
For a hitch you would want the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75280. I attached an install video as well.
The most popular 4 bike rack we offer that would work well on the recommended hitch is the Thule Hitching Post part # TH934XTR. This is a great rack loaded with the features of the more expensive racks yet it doesn't break the bank. Check out the review video attached as well.
