Will this fit on my new wagon? Just looking to connect my bike rack into reciever.

Yes, the Curt Hitch part # C11367 has been confirmed as a fit for your 2015 BMW 328d Wagon so it would work well for you and as long as your bike rack is Class I compatible it would also work well.
Curt requires the use of their stabilizer strap part # 18050 when using their hitch to carry a non-supported load like a bike rack. I attached a review video for you to check for the strap as well.
