We offer several fifth-wheel tailgates that would work for your 2010 F-250. You cannot go wrong with the Stromberg Carlson tailgates. They offer a Polypropylene, Louvered Locking Tailgate, part # VG-97-4000. A steel Square Tube model is also offered, part # VG-97-100.
For a step, I would recommend the Bestop TrekStep Truck Bumper Step, item # B75303. This step does not mount to the tailgate, but connects under the rear bumper and folds out of the way when not needed.
