On your 2003 Dodge Durango the part to use would be a T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118334. It has a T-One connector that is connected to the back of your vehicles tail lights, so the tail lights do have to be removed. I am including a link to a video of the wiring harness being installed on a 2003 Dodge Durango. It will show where to plug in the wiring harness on your vehicle.
Also, for a mounting bracket of the connector I would recommend the Tow Ready Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat, # 18144, or the Tow Ready No-Drill Mount Bracket, Short, # 18140.
