How to Level Trailer with Weight Distribution System

I just purchased REESE 66082 kit and after install I cannot seem to get my trailer level. It is too high in the front and I have the ball mount at the lowest holes on the shank. Any suggestions?

You may be able to level your hitched trailer by substituting a different shank for your weight distribution system. I have included a link to our main page for weight distribution shanks.
The Reese shank that has the most drop for a trunnion bar system is # RP3344. At most it is capable of 7-5/8 inches of drop when used with a trunnion bar system. You will want to measure your truck from the ground to the ballmount when your truck and trailer are on level ground. I have included a link to an article that will help. The article is on regular ball mounts but the method for measuring is the same for weight distribution shanks.
