The 4 Pole Harness and Hardwire Kit - Includes Testers, # C59496, is designed for use on hundreds of different vehicles so specific directions are not available. There are some installation instructions for this kit linked below. Vehicle wiring colors change often between manufacturers and even between model years of the same vehicle. The kit includes a circuit tester that will help determine which wires in the vehicle's taillight wiring harness carry which taillight function.

On the harness, yellow is left turn signal, brown is running lights, white is ground, red is brake lights (3 wire system), and green is right turn signal.
