Since you have a short bed truck you will need a slider hitch to allow you to have the needed clearance to make tight turns without cab interference.
First let's start with a rail kit for your 2009 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab 2500 hd 4x4 6 1/2 bed though. For that I would recommend a custom install kit like the # RP50064-58 that you referenced. This will cut install time in half when compared to a universal kit and will minimize drilling. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
For a Reese 16k slider hitch you would want the Reese 5th Wheel Hitch part # RP30075. This uses a round tube slider which offers a smoother operation than a square tube and has a jaw system that provides 360 degree contact to minimize drilling.
