Will the Tekonsha Primus IQ Brake Controller work with the Curt Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole and 4 Pole

Question:

I noticed on one of your other brake controllers, you said that it wouldnt work with a wiring adapter with LED test lamps. I recently purchased and installed your Curt Wiring Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole and 4 Pole w/Test Lamps #C57674 on my 1997 Ford F150, and just want to ensure the Prodigy IQ brake controller will work correctly with it.

Yes, the Tekonsha Primus IQ brake controller # TK90160 should work with the Curt adapter 4 pole to 7 pole and 4 pole # C57674 with the integrated test lights. In the past, there were some situations where the test lights illuminated with the small signal that the brake controller sends to detect a trailer. Our representative at Cequent Performance hasn't had any customer issues regarding the Primus IQ with test lights.
