Great site, very helpful. So, checking that this is right model for the roof rack and then what do I need for kayak carrier?

SportRack semi-custom roof rack # SR1002 is listed as a fit for your 2011 Toyota Yaris sedan. For an inexpensive kayak carrier that can support 2 kayaks you can use # MPG115MD. You would just need to add two additional ropes, # SR0704, to secure the second kayak.
Be sure to consult the vehicle owners manual and/or Toyota for the roof weight carrying capacity of the vehicle prior to loading.
