Does the impreza hitch fit a basic impreza without drilling or cutting anything?

The Curt trailer hitch, # C11317, that you have referenced, could require drilling to enlarge an access hole, but you could also use a file or rotary tool and not need to drill. I have included links to the installation instructions and video showing a typical installation.
