Troubleshooting Brake Controller that Wont Power On

the light wont come on ont controller when it is plugged in

If your Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller # 39510 isn't powering on when connected to your vehicle the problem is either that the black wire isn't securely attached to a 12 volt power source or the white wire isn't grounding properly due to a bad ground source chosen or that the wire isn't making good contact. If it isn't grounding to the vehicle battery I would try that as well.
