If the mounts on your J Cradles can accommodate a crossbar that's 1-1/4 inches wide and 7/8 of an inch tall, they'll work great on the Rhino Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack which consists of the # RRVA126B-2 crossbars, # RRRLKVA legs, and the # DK028 clamp kit.

The crossbars themselves have a 165 lb capacity which would be limited by the capacity of the roof. Since you're well under 100 lbs, you shouldn't have any roof capacity worries. Because the kayak's fairly long, be sure to use bow and stern tie-downs like # TH855XT. Or I really like the etrailer Kayak Tie-Down kit that has anchors that close in the hood and trunk, and would provide a quick and easy connection point for the tie downs.
