7-Way to 7-Way Bulb Out Sensor Bypass Adapter for a 2006 Volkswagen Touareg
Question:
I want one like in your video that will screw right onto my OEM bracket 2006 Toureg The product photo to buy has a different shape with right angle mount on top. Why are they different? Do I just grind that off?

Even without that mounting block at the top of adapter # C57003 it still may not fit directly in place of the old 7-Way. This adapter is meant to plug into the existing 7-Way, leaving it in place, and then you would mount the other end to a nearby location.
If your 2006 Volkswagen Touareg has a factory 7-Way and you want a more inconspicuous adapter you can use # 20142 which would be less invasive than # C57003.
