Replacement Taillights, Wiring and 7-Way Connector for Car Hauler

Question:

Need All new lights, wiring...EVERYTHING. for a 16foot car hauler with brakes on both axles. The round openings for the Rear brake lights are 4.5inch . The round openings for the rear and side running lights is 2.75. I want to USE LED lights. Not sure if your or any current model lights will work. Your sizing for the lights doesnt mention the rubber gasket the holds the lights in. So... what will work????

To fit the round 4-1/2 inch holes on your trailer for the rear brake lights you could use the # STL42RB as this will fit in that hole. For a pigtail harness you would also need # A45PB.

For the side clearance lights you would need to enlarge the holes to 3 inch in diameter, use the # A55GB as a grommet and then use # MCL59AB for the lights and # A46PB as a wiring harness.

For a replacement 7-way with 8 feet of wire for running new wire everywhere you would want the part # H20046. You would want to route the wires from there to a junction box like part # 38656; from there you will use the # 16-4B-1 for the wiring of the lights and then for the brake assemblies you would want to use the double bonded wire # 10-2-1 sold by the foot to route 10 gauge wire to the assemblies.
