In order to obtain the width of your tire, take the first number 205 (which is millimeters) and multiply it by 0.0394 (conversion unit for millimeter to inches) which will give you the width of your tire.
Your 205/75R15 tire will have a width of 8.077 inches. But they usually show the width as 8.1 inches for this tire size.
