Will the thule Range 4-Bike Rack Extend Far Enough Past the Spare Tire on a Hummer H3

Will this rack extend beyond the spare tire thats mouned on the swing type tail gate?

The Yakima LongHaul 4-Bike RV Hitch Mounted Rack # Y02476, will fit on your Hummer H3 if the measurement from the center of your hitch pin hole to the furthest part of the spare tire is less than 9 inches. I have included review videos for this rack below.
The hitch mounted, tilting 4 bike rack with the most clearance is the Folding 4 Bike Dual Arm Rack - Swagman Trailhead, # S63380. It measures 13 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the upright bar. I have included a link to the instructions for this rack below.
