Expert Reply:
The Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar # RM-520 would be a good choice to tow your 2009 Saturn Vue, but you will need to install base plates on the vehicle in order for the tow bar to connect to it. The base plates for your vehicle would be XL kit # 3151-1A.
I would recommend Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 to wire your RV and vehicle for towing. The # RM-154 page shows some great wiring diagrams that should be helpful for your installation.
If your Saturn Vue has separate turn and tail lights, this kit would make your brake lights function as both brake and turn, but you could make the brake and turn lights work separately using tail light converter # 118158, and 2 extra diodes, part # RM-792.
If your RV is already wired to tow, you could also use a magnetic tow light setup like part # RM-2120 for a 4-Way flat plug.
Even Brake portable braking system # RM-9400 would be a good addition to your setup, as it will allow your vehicle braking to be more in sync with the motor home braking.
I would recommend using 8,000 pound safety cables # RM-645.
