Can a Trailer Hitch Installed on a 2010 Chevy Camaro be Used to Tow a SeaDoo
Question:
can this hitch be used to pull a seadoo

Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Class I trailer hitch # 24850 for your 2010 Chevy Camaro has a capacity of 2,000 pound gross trailer weight and 200 pounds tongue weight. Provided that the gross trailer and tongue weight of your SeaDoo trailer, loaded and ready to tow, is under those capacities then yes, you can pull the Seadoo with this hitch. Please note the hitch does not fit models with ground effects package.
Check the Camaro owners manual to determine if it lists a capacity for the vehicle and go by whichever is lower, the hitch or the vehicle. The correct ball mount to use is # 3594. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258.
For trailer wiring use # HM11141285. I have linked a video showing how the trailer hitch installs.
