To install the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885 in your 1999 Ford Explorer with a factory 4-way you will need only one product, part # ETBC7.
This will convert the 4-way to a 7-way and comes with everything needed to install a brake controller. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well.
