Skid Wheel Recommendation for a 28 foot Forest River Forester 28 ft RV
Question:
I have a Forest River Forester, 28 ft, with the V shaped skids and a 2 1/2 inch square tow-bar bracket. Id like to use these casters. Is there a weight limitation for them in this application? I have been using a homemade version of this bolt-on idea with non-rotating wheels I got from a hardware store, but theyre starting to bend as theyre not made for this weight. What are your products limitations? Thanks.

The only capacity that the Ultra-Fab Rotating, Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels # UF48-979014 has is that it can't be used on RVs that are over 30 feet in length. Since it's hard to say exactly how much weight would be on this product at any given time they don't list a capacity for it.
Since your RV is less than 28 feet this product would work well for you.
