I just want to confirm that this hitch can easily be installed onto a 2015 Sprinter passenger van - 144 inch wheelbase with a factory installed rear step bumper.

The Draw-Tite Class III Hitch, part # 75601 will fit a 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with the 144 inch wheelbase and factory step bumper unless the outside to outside dimension of the frame members is 30-3/8 inches (which is found on cab/chassis models and not passenger vans).
