4-Pole Flat Trailer Wiring Harness for 2003 Nissan Xterra Without Factory Harness
Question:
My 2003 xterra does not have the 4 way connector shown on demo video. I bought the hitch to tow a motorcycle trailer than I will rent. How can I get the lights to work? Thanks in advance!

We do offer several options in 4-pole trailer wiring harnesses to fit your 2003 Nissan Xterra that did not come from the factory with one in place. All can be seen on the link provided. The Curt # C59236 is a good choice for its high current capacity.
Each will require a bit of wire splicing and I have linked a video showing harness installation in a different Nissan vehicle. No matter which harness you choose the installation process will be essentially identical. I have also linked the written instructions and an article that covers tips for one aspect of the installation, the routing of the power wire up to the battery.
