Any time you are reinstalling a trailer hitch as you said you wish to, you need to replace all of the mounting hardware for the installation.
You can order the hardware kit that includes all of the mounting hardware for your hitch on your 2015 Toyota Venza. simply type the part # RHK in the search field on our website. Next, just enter the hitch number in the Hitch Item Number field and then select the manufacturer from the drop down list. Enter the number of replacement hardware kits you want and add them to the cart.
The trailer wiring I recommend for your Venza is the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, part # 118482. You simply plug the harness into the connection points in the rear cargo area of your Venza and after running the hot lead to your car battery will give you a 4-way connector at the rear of your vehicle. I have attached a link to an installation video for this harness you can check out.
