Troublshooting T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness on 2011 Kia Sportage
Question:
The trailer plug do not work 7 pin I start to check the system and found the the power from batt do nothave power I fix the power line but when I test it still not work the T wire from light also have power but do nt get power at my 7 way socket can it be the modulight controler or can you help me with the probleme

The first thing I recommend doing is making sure the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118526, is directly connected to the positive battery terminal on the vehicle via the included fuse and holder. Any other 12 volt source is not sufficient.
Make sure the fuse is intact and fully inserted into the holder. If you have done this and followed all of the other instructions and there is still no power or signals coming through then there could be a problem inside the converter and it will need to be replaced.
