Will the Wiring Harness # P11998 Plug Into the # 20119
Question:
I need to replace the factory oem trailer Light connector on 2004 silverado. I have already Purchased trailer plug #74682. Will product # ok 11998 fit on back of #20119. Thanks for your help

Yes, the plug end of the # PK11998 will plug into the back of a # 74682 like you have already.
The colors of the # PK11998 most likely won't match up to the wiring of your 2004 Chevy Silverado so you will need to wire everything up by function instead. Using a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 you can test the wiring of your vehicle while a friend applies all of the different taillight functions. You then will need to wire it up to the harness using these colors.
Red - Left Turn and Stop
White - Ground
Blue - Electric Brakes
Green - Right Turn and Stop
Black - Battery
Brown - Running Lamps
Yellow - Backup Lamps
